About the portal
This portal is used to apply for, review and issue accreditation for events organised by the Local Organising Committee. By using it you accept these terms.
Accounts
- Staff and accreditation liaison officer (ALO) accounts are personal. Do not share your password; use two-factor sign-in where it is offered.
- ALOs may register only members of their own organisation and are responsible for the accuracy of the data they submit.
- Tell us immediately at the Local Organising Committee if you suspect someone else has used your account.
Accurate information
All information and photos must be true, complete and belong to the person being accredited. False or misleading information leads to rejection or cancellation of the accreditation.
Accreditation
- An accreditation card is personal and non-transferable, remains the property of the organiser and must be shown on request.
- Access is limited to the zones and venues printed on the card.
- The organiser may refuse, suspend or withdraw an accreditation at any time, in particular for security reasons or misuse.
Acceptable use
Do not try to access data or areas you are not authorised for, interfere with the security or operation of the portal, upload harmful files or collect data automatically.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the portal available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability.
